This policy explains which personal data Secretimmo collects when you use this website, why it is processed, how long it is kept, who it may be shared with and which rights you can exercise at any time. It applies to every page of secretimmo.lu, in its French, German and English versions, as well as to the correspondence that follows a request sent from the site.

The essentials in four points
The data we receive

The data reaches us from three sources. First the forms: contact form, buyer form, seller form, newsletter sign-up and the request to join the B2B network. There you usually provide your name, e-mail address, telephone number and a description of your property project. Second the online valuation tool: to calculate a price range we record the address of the property, its type, its surface, its condition and the contact details you enter to receive the result. Third cookies: only the technical cookies needed to run the site are set by default; analytics and advertising cookies are activated only after you agree in the consent banner, and you can change that choice whenever you wish.

Why we process it

We process this information to answer your requests, prepare and deliver a valuation, present you with properties matching your search, manage the contractual relationship with sellers, buyers and partner agencies, and meet our legal obligations, in particular accounting and anti-money-laundering rules. Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers that help us run the website and our business (hosting, e-mail delivery, file management), all bound by contract to confidentiality.

How long, and what your rights are

We keep the data only as long as necessary: enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted after three years, sale and purchase files are kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal retention period applying to accounting records, and your newsletter subscription stays active until you unsubscribe. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, including to direct marketing.

This Privacy Policy explains how SECRETIMMO (hereinafter referred to as “SECRETIMMO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and processes your personal data (“Personal Data”) in the context of your interactions with us.

We act as the “Data Controller” within the meaning of the GDPR, as we determine the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.

SECRETIMMO processes your Personal Data only when legally permitted or justified by an appropriate legal basis.

We collect in particular:

  1. Information you enter via our contact form: name, surname, email address, telephone number, message content.
  2. Data provided to subscribe to our newsletter or to use our property valuation tool: email address, property-related data.
  3. Data related to a physical property valuation request: name, surname, email, phone number, property details.
  4. Information exchanged through any other communication channel (email, phone, etc.).
  5. Automatically collected data during your navigation on our website: IP address, MAC address, device ID, operating system, pages visited, requests made, date and time of connection.

The Personal Data we collect includes:

  • Identity and contact information.
  • Information related to your real estate assets.

By providing this information, you expressly consent to its processing by SECRETIMMO for the purposes described below. Any additional purposes will be clearly indicated during collection.
