How many months for exclusivity?

Our exclusive mandates are based on the standard conditions of the Luxembourgish market: in theory periods of 6 months. However, we adapt to each case.

How much is the selling fee?

Our prices are equivalent to what you can find on the market, namely 3%. It is therefore not more expensive to sell your property in “off-market” with Secretimmo. For some specific types of goods, we can also adapt our fees.

How is Secretimmo different from other agencies?

Is it legal?
