Our exclusive mandates are based on the standard conditions of the Luxembourgish market: in theory periods of 6 months. However, we adapt to each case.
Our prices are equivalent to what you can find on the market, namely 3%. It is therefore not more expensive to sell your property in “off-market” with Secretimmo. For some specific types of goods, we can also adapt our fees.

The graphic material and the details of the goods that allow their identification are not published in any media. Our employees and clients are required to have the strictest confidentiality. They must comply with our various security protocols.

The valuation is the basis for the sale of our mandates. Our valuations are complete and professional. They are also used by banks and insurance companies. Does a property really sell without an advert?
Yes, and often faster than a listed one. We are not looking for curious visitors but for the few buyers whose project matches the property exactly: validated budget, financing in place, the right area. Those buyers are already in our network, sometimes for months, waiting for precisely this kind of opportunity. One relevant viewing is worth more than thirty pointless visits.
Who sees my file?
Only the buyers selected for your property, and nobody else. Nothing is published on portals, on social media or in a window display. Your neighbours, tenants and colleagues are not informed. Photographs and the exact address are shared only after the buyer's identity and financing have been verified.
What does your support cost?
Our fee is fixed, known in advance and payable only if the sale is signed at the notary. The valuation, the preliminary advice and the preparation of the file are never invoiced. The details are set out in our fee schedule.
