As for the physical visit of the property, we apply our "Secret Protocol" including very strict individual interviews beforehand.
Our commission is in line with the standard of the Grand Duchy with a fee of about 3% VAT excluded on the sales price agreed in the sales agreement. They are payable on the day of the deed of sale.
