What landlords ask us
How much does property rental cost?
One month’s rent excluding VAT, split equally between landlord and tenant. In addition, the landlord pays €250 excluding VAT for photos, video and the 3D tour, and the tenant pays €250 excluding VAT for the check-in condition report. Nothing monthly.
What if I terminate the mandate?
The landlord’s and tenant’s fees remain due. At the right rent, a property always finds its tenant; that’s why we set the price together with you from the outset.
How do you find the tenant?
Through our database of qualified tenants. Your property is presented to them with photos, a 3D tour and video.
Who chooses the tenant?
You do. We present verified applications; the final decision is yours.
How do you set the rent?
Based on the actual market in your neighbourhood, the property’s size and condition, and in accordance with Luxembourg’s residential tenancy law.
Do you provide property management?
No. We find the tenant, prepare the lease and complete the check-in condition report. After that, you manage the property directly, with no monthly fees.
