Is the application free for the user?
YES. Secretimmo App is completely free for the User. You can download it either from the Apple App store or from Google Play.
Do I have to create a User Profile in order to access the list of off-market properties?
YES, YOU DO. The creation of an account is mandatory in order to sort active buyers from the curious ones. Each profile is manually validated by a member of our team.
Will I be able to directly access the properties available for sale?
YES, YOU WILL. If your search criteria correspond to at least one of our properties for sale on the "off-market", you will be able to access the property information..
What if there are no properties currently matching my search criteria?
Each search made through the Secretimmo App is automatically saved in your User Profile. As soon as a new matching property is added to our portfolio, you will be notified by push notification and email. You can delete saved searches and create new ones at any time.
If I am interested in a property, how can I visit it?
First of all, you will have to request a virtual visit from a distance. A button is available on each property for sale. This pre-visit will allow you to get to know the property better and to understand if you really wish to visit it physically.
Are there any other conditions that must be met in order to be able to visit the property physically?
Your financial capacity to purchase the property of your choice must either be validated by your banker or broker, or by our broker-partner.
Is there a confidentiality requirement?
As all of our properties are sold discreetly, you will have to respect the confidentiality of each offer. You are not allowed to disclose the content of these offers to third parties without prior written consent from Secretimmo S.A.
What kind of property can be found through your App?
As soon as the owner of a property for sale chooses discretion, it is an "off-market" sale. Therefore, in principle, all types of property can be concerned. However, owners of prestigious, exceptional or investment properties prefer more often this method.
