Secretimmo S.A. opens its capital to investors at the occasion of its fundraising.
Launched in September 2021 by Serge Uschkaloff (the co-founder of Immotop), Secretimmo is a start-up specialising in off-market transactions in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Our turnover is generated either by the commissions received from the sales made by our agency, or by the commissions retroceded by the partner real estate agencies.
Our company offers you the opportunity to join a financial investment vehicle, created within the framework of a capital participation.
Eventually, you will have the possibility to sell your shares back to the founders with a multiplier that will be determined at the time of exit (in correlation with the turnover/EBIDTA achieved in the accounting year preceding the year of your exit).
The funds raised will be used primarily to finance our upcoming targeted marketing campaigns that will promote the properties published in our applications.
We intend to use the funds raised to continue to invest in marketing (20%), HR funding (40%) and build up a reserve (40%).
